Terms of Service

By ordering a commission, custom design or buying an adoptable you show that you have read my TOS and agreed with it.

✦ Any art by commission shall only be used for personal use.
✦ You shall not use my art for any sort of commercial use.
✦ My art can NOT be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs and cryptocurrency.
✦ You retain all rights to your character an ideas, however, I retain all rights to the artwork created. You shall be credited as the IP holder
✦ If you wish to post my artwork in your social media, you shall credit me as the artist and provide a social media link, please
✦ I do not do refunds, digital art isn't really an object that I can simply take back and resell.
✦ I am allowed to decline any commission, and I am allowed to cancel any commission before payment.

Process

✦ I do payments via PayPal.
✦ I take payments before starting the piece for security measures.
✦ I use PayPal invoices.
✦ I will let you know when its your turn on the queue. Check Trelo for details
✦Time period from start to finish can variate depending on how much time i have available. If any issue occurs that might delay your commission, the client will be told about this.

Prices

Important Notes✦ All commissions will come with a solid color / gradient background.
✦ More specific backgrounds add 75% of the total price
✦ For extra characters, the price will be + 50% each
✦ If you want me to design your oc from scratch, there will be a +20% addition to the finished piece price.
✦ Complexity of character design may also add value to the piece.
